- Specifications for Mini Crawler Crane, Man Basket, and Enclosed Trailer This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-16-T-0028 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). NAICS is 333923. Small Business Standard is 1,250 employees. CLIN 0001: MINI CRAWLER CRANE CLIN 0002: MAN-BASKET, SINGLE PERSON CLIN 0003: TRAILER, 6' X 14', ENCLOSED Place of Delivery will be MS ARNG AASF #1, 365 Shop Street, Jackson, MS 39209-3436 Include all applicable fees, including delivery (prepay & add is not acceptable); warranty information; setup and training; and estimated delivery time, if different than requested.
