The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for the installation and removal of a Stulz CeilAiR Air Conditioning Unit. FHWA anticipates making a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order award as a result of this solicitation, pursuant to FAR Subparts 13.302. As indicated in the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ), quotations must be submitted via email to Megan.Mavis@dot.gov by the following dates and times: Quotations: Thursday, September 15, 2016 by 12:00 PM Eastern The solicitation, all related documents and amendments, if any, will be released and available electronically only through the Federal Business Opportunities Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) website at https://www.fbo.gov/. No written, telephonic, facsimile or email requests for the solicitation package will be honored. Interested parties are encouraged to register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements by email. Since the solicitation will only be available electronically, it is solely the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the listed website for the solicitation and all related documents and amendments, if any.
