Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE of a proposed requirement to award one (1) complete Imaging and Photometry system based on the Photon Technology International (PTI) EasyRatioPro fluorescence platform and includes Olympus and other components and accessories. All items are listed as brand name or equal in accordance with the specifications. The Complete Imaging and Photometry proposed system shall provide: 1 EachPTI EasyRatioPro SL200 complete imaging platform 1 EachMetaFluor analytical package. 1 EachERP High-speed interface (list as option): Provide PCI and interface to support external synchronization. When greater than 10 rations per second is required. 1 Each High performance computer workstation with RevoDrive 350. 1 EachSingle channel photometry system add-on to PTI Imaging System. Includes: photometer with high sensitivity analog and photon counting dection, electronics, complete spectroscopy software package and computer interface. 1 EachR-1A (Highly sensitive PMT detector offerint both counting and analog detection modes) (list as option). Also includes a dichroic cube for wavelength selection. 1 EachAdditional ERP dongle 1 Each4.2 Mpixel Scientific CMOS camera. Min capable of 100 frames per second at full resolution. Dynamig range of 33,000:1. Air cooled to +5 degrees Celsius. 4 EachSMA-BNC adapter cables 1 EachHigh Speed Sarcomere Length including mating connector for Flare power connector (12-pin Hirose HR10A), camera link cable, CL(MDR) connectors, 2 meter, flare 2M360NCL, 2MP, NIR-enhanced monochrome, Camera Link, MicroEnable 4 AD4-PoCL-Cmeralink board. 1 EachStimulator Control Module for Sarcomere Length Dynamic. 1 EachOlympus IX73 dual deck Microscope including two decks, 2 C ports, 100 watt transmitted light pillar, DIC optics, 10X fluorite objective, 20X LWD objective. 1 EachOptosplit 11 SL complete with dichroics and cubes for photometery nad imaging for FURA-2, INDO-1, GFP/YFP, mCherry. 1 EachHarvard Chamber: complete chamber with quick change chamber with field stimulation, culture dish incubation system, adapter for Olympus scope, 2 gas manual mixer, mini-peristatic pump, pump head tubing, heater controller dual channel, in-line heater. Cable assembly, CC-102 cable, dedicated workstation vacuum system. 1 EachVibration free 2.5 X 4 ft table complete with breadboard top castors and pump 1 EachInstallation and Training 3 EachYear Preventive Maintenance Option periods (Complete Imaging and Photometry System) 1 EachSHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES Shipping FOB Destination and installation shall be included in the overall price. The Veteran's Health Administration Service Area Office - East estimates a posting date of solicitation VA240-16-Q-0099 on Sept 12, 2016 and distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and should not be construed to as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract.
