Ft. (ABOA): 4,800 ABOA USF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,200 ABOA USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Per local code requirement Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 8 in addition to local code requirement Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Expressions of Interest Due: 9/28/2016 Market Survey (Estimated): 9/30/2016 Offers Due: TBD Occupancy (Estimated): 9/29/2017 The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
