Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies three structured parking under lease in Fort Myers, Florida that will be expiring May 30, 2017. The Government intends to negotiate a succeeding lease for three structured parking space based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economical and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating. Description of Requirements State:Florida City:Fort Myers Delineated Area:Within 250 feet of walking distance from the fort Myers federal court house, 2110 first street, fort Myers, Florida 33901.
