Description

AFSC OL:H at Hill AFB, Utah intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to Perkin Elmer Health Science, Inc. to provide routine and emergency maintenance on the following Perkin Elmer medical equipment: Clarus600S, Clarus600GC, Optima4300DV, S10AutoSampler, ICPN0772046, IRL1280100. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811219 with a size standard of $20.5M. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice. NOTE: Documents must be sent via e-mail to TSgt Christopher Castro, christopher.castro@us.af.mil. No solicitation is available and telephone request for information will not be taken.
