Description

The Network Contracting Office (NCO7) intends to issue a Request for Proposal; VA247-16-R-0340 for Fume Hood Equipment and Installation. The offeror shall provide the requested Brand Name only equipment and installation shall be provided by a certified installer for the requested equipment to the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center located in Augusta Georgia. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code is 238390 with a Size Standard of 500 employees; the PSC is N066. This requirement will be issued as a Firm Fixed Priced acquisition, All interested sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov to obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future amendments issued. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Offered equipment must be Brand Name only matching part numbers established within the delivery schedule of the solicitation. No other substitutions will be considered. Offered Equipment must be Brand New. Prospective offerors must maintain an active registration in sam.gov to be considered for government contracts. This is a Firm Fixed Price acquisition that is unrestricted. The anticipated posting date will be on or before 9/9/2016.
