- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation # W9124X-16-0007-Parts Racks/Stands is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89 and the DPN 20160830. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1,250 EMP. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - Cowling Parts Rack for aircraft EC-145 Salient Physical, Functional, and Performance Characteristics: 109(L)x88(H)x64(W); carpeted shelves; welded steel construction; Safety Yellow powder coating. QTY: 1 Unit of Issue: Each CLIN 0002 - Parts Rack (all aircraft) Salient Physical, Functional, and Performance Characteristics: 96(L)x72(H)x48(W); shelf height 32; standard laminated wood shelving; Safety Yellow powder coating. QTY: 1 Unit of Issue: Each CLIN 0003 - Bolted rotor blade rack Salient Physical, Functional, and Performance Characteristics: 96(L)x58(H)x40(W); blade storage 18(W)x8(H); 8 blade storage; Safety Yellow powder coating. QTY: 1 Unit of Issue: Each CLIN 0004 - Engine Belly Platform Salient Physical, Functional, and Performance Characteristics: 2.5(L)x2(W)x5(W); aluminum diamond plate; Safety Yellow powder coating. QTY: 4 Unit of Issue: Each Items shall be received 45 Days ADC FOB: Destination for delivery to: ARMY AVIATION SUPPORT FACILITY 4511 W. CHEYENNE AVE HANGAR #2 LAS VEGAS, NV 89032 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items and award will be made to the lowest priced quotation that meets the physical, functional, and performance criteria outlined in CLINs, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items DFARS 252-212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
