Description

This is Amendment No. 0003 to Solicitation P16PS02307, issued for the purpose of providing Offerors additional information about pipe sizes, hereby incorporated into the solicitation, as follows: (a) 6-inch distribution line, bottom penetration, stubbed 5 feet from edge of tank in direction of existing distribution line, (b) 2-inch fill line; bottom or side penetration acceptable; vertical fill pipe must be supported on interior or exterior of tank, and (c) 6-inch drain/overflow pipe; drain pipe shall completely drain tank (bottom penetration); overflow pipe shall be set at elevation determined by capacity. Overflow vertical pipe shall be supported on interior or exterior of pipe. Valve for drain line will be installed by park immediately after tank completion. Standard Form 30 (SF-30), Amendment of Solicitation, is added in FedConnect under Amendment 3, however, there are no other attachments under Amendment 3. At this time the response date for when proposals are due is not changed. It is the responsibility of the offerors to monitor the FBO and FedConnect websites to download all amendments and attachments which may also be issued against the solicitation prior to the solicitation's closing date. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. Interested parties are urged to check for amendments. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
