This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. A formal solicitation will be issued on or about September 12, 2016. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Charles George VAMC, 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC, currently has the need for Pharmacy Benefit Management Service for the Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) and Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) program, located in Franklin,, Rutherford and Hickory, NC. Proposed solicitation number is VA246-16-Q-0150. This contract is expected to be a base plus four option years. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). NAICS 524292, Size Standard: $32.5 Million.
