Description

Sources Sought Notice IAW FAR 12, RFQ VA-259-16-Q-0428 The Cheyenne Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CVAMC), Cheyenne, WY and the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking qualified and responsive vendors for a contemplated award of a Firm Fixed Price contemplated contract for Instructor Led Leadership Excellence Training (LET) Services to be performed at the CVAMC facility. If required, this proposed contract may be issued for commercial firm fixed price contract types if potential qualified sources dictate. The required period of performance will have three (3) four (4) day training window time periods in the first quarter Fiscal Year 2017 and the available dates are as follows: 1) October 4-7 2016; 2) October 18-21 2016, and 3) November 15-18 2016. This contemplated contract is estimated to be awarded before the ending of Fiscal 16 (latest 09-29-2016) While price will be a factor, the final contract award shall be based on the vendors' offer of services that will best meet the agency's needs. No telephone requests for this source sought notice shall be allowed. All qualified interest vendors can send their organization's Capability Statements electronically to Contracting Officer Ed Marshburn at edward.marshburn@va.gov, no later than September 16, 2016, 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
