- The purpose of amendment 0001 is as follows: 1. The NLT response date is hereby changed FROM September 3, 2016 12:00pm EST TO September 15, 2016 12:00pm EST. 2. The following revisions are hereby incorporated into the solicitation: SPECIFICATION NUMBER TWELVE (12) IS REVISED AND INCORPORATED AS FOLLOWS: FROM: Temperature fluctuations at the top of the stage stack shall be <20 mK peak-to-peak. TO: Temperature fluctuations at the top of the stage stack shall be <20 mK peak-to-peak for temperature range >20K. For temperature range <20K, a guaranteed temperature fluctuation of <50 mK peak-to-peak is required with small values preferred. INSTALLATION AND ACCEPTANCE IS REVISED AND INCORPORATED AS FOLLOWS: FROM: The installation personnel shall perform all diagnostic tests after installation in the presence of NIST personnel. Diagnostic test data must include: (a) vibration amplitude measurement at the sample platform, and (b) base temperature and temperature fluctuation measurements at the top of the sample stack for all four shroud configurations. This test data will be reviewed by the NIST COR. Upon review, the COR will provide final acceptance of the equipment, or advise the vendor of performance weaknesses. Any required rework and re-testing shall be completed at no additional cost to the Government within a time-frame agreed upon by the COR, the Contracting Officer, and the vendor. Payment for this requirement will be made upon completion and acceptance. TO: The installation personnel shall perform all diagnostic tests after installation in the presence of NIST personnel. The tests for the other three shroud configurations (Specification #11b-d) can be performed at the offerors factory provided a report with the diagnostic test data is provided at the time of installation. This test data will be reviewed by the NIST COR. Upon review, the COR will provide final acceptance of the equipment, or advise the vendor of performance weaknesses. Any required rework and re-testing shall be completed at no additional cost to the Government within a time-frame agreed upon by the COR, the Contracting Officer, and the vendor. Payment for this requirement will be made upon completion and acceptance. DELIVERY REQUIREMENT IS REVISED AND INCORPORATED AS FOLLOWS: FROM: Delivery should be FOB DESTINATION and shall occur NLT twenty (24) weeks from the date of award TO: Standard commercial lead time ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED
