Description

The Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor, MI, 48105 intends to solicit from only one source, FUJIFILM Medical System USA, Inc., to establish a contract for preventative maintenance of the Fuji Cardiovascular, Synapse (Prosolv) PACs system utilized in the Cardiology Department at the VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The basis for this proposed sole source procurement is that the proposed vendor, FUJIFILM Medical System USA, Inc., is the original manufacturer of this PACS and as such is the only source of the proprietary software necessary to repair and maintain the system. This is not a request for quotes however; all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Comments regarding this proposed procurement may be directed to Contract Specialist, Wendy Stewart at wendy,stewart@va.gov no later than Noon, September 20, 2016.
