THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. Market Research is being conducted to determine small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman Owned Small Business and HUBZone interest. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Durham, NC (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside this contract to provide equipment needed for research. Equipment will be delivered to the Durham VAMC. The NACIS code is 541712. The size standard is 1,000 employees. The requirement of this acquisition is to provide the following: Line 1: 2 each Oxygen Micro sensor 25?m (parts per million) Line 2: 2 each Oxygen Micro sensor 50?m (parts per million) Line 3: 2 each Nitric Oxide Micro sensor 25?m (parts per million) Line 4: 1 each Micro sensor Mustimeter 4 CHANNEL Line 5: 1 each Calibrations Chamber If you are a qualified business, capable of providing the above mentioned items, please notify our office of your intent. In your response, please include the following: (a) a positive statement of your intent to submit a quote as a prime contractor; (b) evidence of experience providing similar equipment to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, point of contacts and telephone numbers; (c) past performance references with points of contact and phone numbers. (At least two (2) references are requested, but more are desirable.)
