Description

The purpose of Amendment #2 is to extend the proposal due date. All proposals are due no later than September 14, 2016 by 4:00pm Mountain Time. No other changes are being made for Amendment #2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
