- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Materials to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout Massachusetts to include the following locations; Barre Fall Dam Project Office, Including Mt Wachusett Radio Relay Area in Barre, MA; Birch Hill Dam Project Office in Royalston, MA; Knightville Dam Project Office in Huntington, MA; Littleville Lake Project Office in Huntington, MA and in Tully Lake Project Office in Royalston, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to deliver materials needed for each BPA Call under the agreement. Services will be rendered to Corps of Engineers project sites throughout Massachusetts. The intent of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' projects. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be a period of 12 months from the date of award. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. Each option year shall have a 12- month period of performance. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may not exceed $25,000 in total cost. The intent of this Blanket Purchase Agreement is to provide the government with a cost-effective way to support U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' projects throughout New England. This solicitation will be available on or about 15-September-2016. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self-register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 327991 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 Employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
