Description

Sources Sought # CD17-1 STILETTO MARITIME DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM The purpose of this Sources Sought is to solicit candidate Unmanned Undersea Vehicle (UUV) acoustic detection systems from industry, government labs, and academia for in-water demonstrations conducted by the Stiletto Maritime Demonstration Program (SMDP). Candidate systems should be able to detect, classify, and track UUVs using active and/or passive acoustic sensors. The SDMP's intent is to assess the technology readiness of commercially available acoustic detection systems employed as part of an overall system to protect assets and waterside facilities from unauthorized incursions by threat UUVs.
