- The combined synopsis/solication for the Sanak Island, Alaska Vessel Charter is cancelled. This requirement will be advertised again at a later date. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code for this procurement is 483114 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. NOAA NMFS Alaska Fisheries Science Center (AFSC), requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
