See continuing pages for the request for quote VA248-16-Q-1355. The purpose of this Solicitation is to award a firm fixed priced contract to provide all labor, equipment and materials for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the systems hardware and software for the SPS Reprocessing Systems (Steam Sterilizers, Cart Washer, etc.) herein located in the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (San Juan & Mayaguez OPC) for the period of October 1, 2016 thru September 30, 2017 and four years option period for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System.
