VA248-16-Q-1677- Generators Maintenance The purpose of this amendment is to provide answer to questions submitted by several vendors; 1) Will all Emergency calls be considered part of the monthly maintenance, or will they be considered change orders? All work must be performed on a monthly basis including a 24 hrs. Service calls response at no additional charge. 2) Which is the frequency that Generators must be required to be energized, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly? Monthly. 3) Normally, addition of fluids for normal operation such as: coolant and oil, is part of basic monthly maintenance; if for any reason, is required to replace 100% of these fluids, will this be considered a change order? If so, please explain the process for this change order.
