This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received by offer due date/time specified on Standard Form (SF) 1449 of solicitation, shall be considered by this agency. In emergency situations the contractor shall be required to send updated Medi-Span data on portable storage devices and deliver them to each of the CMOPs overnight by certified mail.
