The purpose of this amendment is to post questions and answers from potential offerors. Please submit your solicitation to Robert Woolfolk II, via email at robert.woolfolk3@va.gov. No additional questions will be taken because the solicitation closes tomorrow. All the answers are bolded. 1.How many Computer Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy Licenses (Units) will be needed for the initial base year and an estimate for each additional year? We are looking for an unlimited license because we are unsure of the number of veterans who would be using this online resource.
