- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management, Color Country District Office, intends to issue a sole source contract to Wayne County. This sole source award is for law enforcement services as needed to assist the BLM in the administration and regulation of the use and occupancy of the public lands. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Quotations (RFQ). No solicitation packaged will be issued. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by 2:00 pm MT, Thursday, September 22, 2016. Interested offers must submit concise, written responses to AJ Ramos at aramos@blm.gov and must include sufficient information to establish its capabilities to fulfill the requirement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. If no affirmative written responses are received by the response date, award will be made without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The BLM will not reimburse any costs connected with offerors providing its capability information.
