Attachment B - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment A - Statement of Work Request for Proposal The Ralph J. Bunche (RJB) Library of the US Department of State (DOS) is the oldest federal library. It provides open-source information products, print and electronic, to DOS researchers and analysts around the world. The RJB Library has a requirement for a commercial, off-the-shelf, "next-generation" library system (NGLS) and support of that system, and migration of data to that system. The "next generation" package of requirements include what would traditionally be called an integrated library system (ILS) supporting all library functions, along with a "discovery tool" integrating customer searches throughout the library's resources, an "electronic resources management system" (ERMS), and the hosting and support of those tools by the NGLS Contractor.
