- This is the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Please refer to this for any information in regards to the solicitation as well as deadline for submission of quotes. This is the Performance Work Statement. Please refer for any information in regards to actual work to be performed. Please see attached Combines Synopsis/Solicitation (COMBO) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for information. A previous solicitation (FA442-16-Q-0028) was posted and later cancelled. This will be for the same requirement. The Government will be awarding one or more BPAs with a period of one year.
