Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17 (NCO 17) South Texas Veteran Health Care System, Medical Administration intends to issue a six (6) month sole source firm fixed priced commercial contract to Eagle Pass Ambulance Service, 2701 Del Rio Hwy, Eagle Pass, TX 78852 for the ambulatory service. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-2 and 13.106-1(a) (1) (iii), "Urgency of proposed purchase." The NAICS code is 621910 and has a size standard of $15M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 12:00 PM CST, September 26, 2016 to: Benito.Canales2@va.gov. Please send responses with Subject: 671-17-1-453-0003 - Ambulatory Service. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement is based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
