- Leavenworth, KS The Department of Veterans Affairs conducted a Market Survey on July 19, 2016 in Leavenworth, KS to identify qualified properties, both existing buildings and land sites, for an 88,449 Net Usable Square Foot (NUSF) Consolidate Mail Order Pharmacy (CMOP) Facility. Notice: This is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this notice. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon this notice.
