- floor plans Vendor questions and government answers Amendment Amended Combined Synopsis Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.303, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The government is seeking to establish a firm-fixed priced contract for inventory and disposal services for the Naval Health Clinic Annapolis Replacement Facility. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 will be used in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12. An amendment to this solicitation has been added. Vendor questions and government answers have been posted. Please see the attachments for details.
