Description

The Butler VAMC has a requirement for Pyxis MedStation 3500 System to meet the needs of the Healthcare Center Pharmacy, Domiciliary and Community Living. The solicitation number is VA-244-16-Q-1818 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-82. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1000.00 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price Technically Accepted (LPTA). Please read the entire solicitation. Offerors are responsible for all terms, clauses, and conditions contained therein. This solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) and VETBIZ prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM, Eastern Time, on Tuesday, 09-27-2016. FOB Destination CONUS (Continental U.S.) Shipping charges shall be included in the purchase cost of the products. Sellers shall deliver the products on the own conveyance to the location listed on the purchase order. No partial shipments unless otherwise specified at time of order.
