Description

This is an INTENT TO MAKE A SINGLE SOURCE AWARD ONLY. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 04, intends to issue a single source purchase order to L1 Enterprises Incorporated in accordance with FAR 19.1406 (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Sole Source) for Karl Storz C-MAC Video Laryngoscope systems for use by the Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System located at 1 University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334510. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. No solicitation package will be issued for this requirement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and on an all or none basis. Interested parties must respond to this notice no later than 1:00pm EST on September 28, 2016.
