Description

03 Priority for Allograph Tissue and Bone Wedge FX Plates and Screws Implants for specific surgical patient. Special Notice to Award Allograph Tissue and Bone Wedge FX Plates and Screws, Implants Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W81K02-16-T-0282 to Wright Medical Technologies, Inc in the amount of $30,000.00, for the Implants identified above, for a specific patient at Madigan Army (MAMC) Medical Center, Tacoma, WA 98433. The surgeon has determination that this product brand will best meet the patient's needs during surgery. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
