- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 10/03/2016 and respond due date 10/24/2016. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0065253244 and set-aside for 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-16-R-2569, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1680-01-161-2839, Bracket, Eye, Non-rotating Shaft, for 627 each. Item is not Critical Application neither is Critical Safety; nor Commercial. Item is Export Controlled. Production is in accordance with Basic Dwg NR 78286 70305-02111 Rev NR L dtd 11/16/2015 PN 70305-02111-043 requirements. Request delivery objective is 280 days total for the followings: 60 days for Contractor First Article Testing on 1 units; with 30 days for Government Test/Eval with 190 days after received order for production Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin.
