- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) extended the period of performance for a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Delex Systems, Inc. from 01 October 2016 to 30 September 2018. The task or delivery order will provide for the procurement of upgrade, development, integration, and testing for Harpoon Ship Command Launch Control Set (HSCLCS), Harpoon Embedded Trainer (HET), Harpoon Interactive Tactical Training System (HITTS), Harpoon Tactical Training Program (HTTP), Harpoon Land Based Training System (HLBTS), Submarine Embedded Trainer (SET), Harpoon Employment Training Aide (HETA), Standoff Land Attack Missile-Expanded Range (SLAM-ER) Proficiency System (SPS) training aides, and other Harpoon and SLAM-ER related training products. The task or delivery order will provide supplies/services for United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers in accordance with each individual order to support the upgrade, development, integration and testing of software and training devices; development and revisions to manuals and other related documentation as well as training classes and briefs for the training systems; engineering and logistics support; and technical data development and revision. This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
