SOURCES SOUGHT Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, Department of Veterans Affairs, Cleveland, Ohio is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Brand Name or Equal Immucor, Blood Bank Supplies. Schedule: 52 EAREAGENT,BLOOD BANK,BLOOD GR,10ML,SOLN 52 EAREAGENT,BLOOD BANK,CONFIRMATORY,A2 CELLS,REFERENCELLS,2-4% 26 EA CONTROL,BLOOD BANK,COMPLEMENT COOMBS,3ML,DROPPER BOTTLE 52 EAREAGENT,BLOOD BANK,AB DETECTION,I;II AND III,PANOSCREEN,2-4% 78 EACONTROL,BLOOD BANK,IGG COATED CELLS,10ML,DROPPER BOTTLE,POS 26 EAKIT,MAN BLOOD BANK,IMMUCOR,PANOCELL-10,AB ID,3ML,24 CELLS The Contractor shall provide Blood Bank testing reagents and supplies that will be used to perform blood grouping, confirmatory A2, Complement Coombs, blood bank antibody detection I, II, and III Panoscreen and other reagents and supplies to detect antibodies in patient's samples. This product is considered all or none. The result of this market research will contribute in determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement in 334516. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary, the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
