Description
Estimated issue date October 12, 2016 and estimated closing/response date November 14, 2016 Purchase Request#: FD2030-17-00439 RFP#: SPRTA1-17-Q-0019 Nomenclature/Noun : Circuit Card Assembly for theB-2 Aircraft, NSN 5998-01-382-7781FW, with Part Number 748564F. The quantity on Line Item 0001 is for a maximum of 2. AMC: 3P History: There is no previous award. Mandatory Language: Note: Item Description: Length 9.3000 inches, Height 3.0000 inches, Width 6.3000 inches, Weight 1.7000 (LB). Item Function: Circuit Card Assembly is a microprocessor PWB assembly (A6) that is a SRU to the Weapons Bay Door Drive Unit Controller. It performs all logic and arithmetic functions in the controller. Currently Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (Cage 99167) is the only known sources that can satisfy the Government requirements. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firms(s) listed: Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (Cage 99167). An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposal or in the source selection process.
