- NSN 1680-01-515-5085 PR 64507013 solicitation SPE4A7-17-R-0117; Item: blanket, De-Ice Air C safety for V-22 aircraft. IAW Basic Drawing NR 97499 901-311-442 REV NRE DTD 03/20/2002 PART PIECE NUMBER 901-311-442-103. Approved Sources are Bell Helicpter (97499) and Meggitt Rockmart (56221) P/N321-4-50703-103. This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 86 each. This is a NAVY Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer and Air Force CSI Lists. This is a Critical Application Item. Item is source controlled and has Export Control requirement. The delivery is 4903 days ARO. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size, Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). TINA has not been breached therefore certified cost and data are not required. Subcontracting Plan is not required. Progress payment is not authorized
