Description

RFP USS IWO JIMA (LHD 7) N40027-17-R-0006 Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) to include hull, machinery and electrical on USS IWO JIMA (LHD 7). Solicitation will be available on or about 10/05/2016. Offers are restricted to holders of a Master Agreement for Ship Repair OR an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). Market research was conducted from 08/19/2016 - 08/26/2016; This solicitation is a cascading 100% small business set aside competition. Under cascading small business limitations, the Government reserves the right to consider only offers from small business concerns if it receives at least two responsive offers from responsible small business concerns and an award can be made at a fair market price. If the Government does not receive at least two responsive offers from two responsible small business offerors, the Government will withdraw the small business restriction in accordance with FAR 19.506 and shall consider all offers.
