Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to NSpire Health to provide a preventative maintenance service package for the 3000 Pulmonary function test machines located at the Boston VAMC. NSpire Health is the only company authorized to provide service for the Pulmonary Equipment. The Equipment is a highly sophisticated, and parts and service are proprietary. This equipment requires that technicians are certified authorized service providers. This Service Plan cannot be obtained by any other vendor. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13-106-1(b). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers.
