Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Bayer Healthcare for the maintenance and calibration of VA-owned Stellant CT injectors in the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, WA. NAICS 811219 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide the critical software updates, authorized equipment components and calibration services equal to Bayer Healthcare critical software updates, authorized equipment components and calibration services. Responses must be received no later than 15:00pm PST on 25 Oct 2016. All responses must be e-mailed to Krystal.weeks@va.gov.
