Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), on behalf of the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a fixed price service contract for endoscope s maintenance. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Please see the attached solicitation VA244-17-Q-0033 for additional information regarding this requirement. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) participation only. It is mandatory that WOSB offerors be certified and must provide a certificate with their quote. Responses received from non-certified offerors will not be considered for award. The government anticipates awarding a contract for a base period of one (1) year with up to one (1) option year period. Award will be by Best Value trade-off, considering technical capabilities, past performance, and price. Please see the attached solicitation for a Statement of Work (SOW), terms and conditions. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, which has a size standard of $20.5 Million. Information and solicitation documents will be posted on the website of FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the posting of the solicitation package, addenda to the solicitation, and any other pertinent information.
