- The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide janitorial services for the Northern Great Plains Interagency Dispatch Center, Pennington County, Rapid City, SD. The office contains approximately 4,600 square feet of floor area. Approximately 2,981 square feet of carpeted floor area, approximately 500 square feet of grouted tile, approximately 218 square feet of non-grouted tile and approximately 912 square feet is bare concrete and will not need serviced. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Services will run from Notice To Proceed through October 31, 2017. This is a base year contract with four option years. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contracts must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
