- Excel Spreadsheet with Grocery list per days Synopsis: "PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912K6- 17-Q-0001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is a 100% small business set aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS Code is 722310 and the small business size standard for this NAICS code is $38.5 Million. Type of contract anticipated is firm-fixed price. FAR Provisions and Clauses applicable to this acquisition can be obtained from the following website, http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) has a requirement for subsistence for troops in training. The contract Period of Performance will be Four (4) separate delivery in accordance with provided product lists. The deliveries will be schedule for the following dates: Date 1: October 28, 2016 Date 2: October 31, 2016 Date 3: November 03, 2016 Date 4: November 06, 2016 (Please See Attached Excel Spreadsheet for each delivery day list) Deliveries schedules will be strictly enforced. Failure to deliver within the established time frame will be considered as nonconformance to the terms of the contract and the contract may be terminated for cause. Items must meet all specification as indicated on this solicitation. All items will be closely inspected prior to acceptance. Receipt of delivery will be conditional for a period of one (1) day to allow for adequate examination and testing. Items may require thawing and cooking to determine specification compliance. If a product is not accepted, a replacement product must be provided within 24 hours. All delivery must be palletized. All frozen food must be delivered at 0 degrees Fahrenheit Contract Type and Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer results in the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 722310, Food Service Contractors and the small business size standard for this NAICS code is $38.5 Million.
