Special Notice Product Description J&A The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled, quote mark Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements quote mark, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase order to IBM. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a sole source contract for services to provide the Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), Software Engineering Directorate (SED). The SED requires IBM to provide maintenance and service on and offsite support for the devices which are critical to the overall mission of the THAAD Evaluation Center (TEC).
