Description

Project Title: Replacement Community Living Center at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Perry Point, MD; This is a construction project of a Community Living Center located at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Perry Point, MD of approximately 172,000 gross square feet and 155 beds. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached specification and drawings; The proposed acquisition is unrestricted and will be a firm fixed price contract All questions are to be submitted via email to nancy.kebe@va.gov by 2:00 PM EST on November 7, 2016. Email subject shall state "RFI VA101-16-R-0086 - Replacement CLC". Site Visit/Pre-Bid meeting scheduled for October 26, 2016. See 2.8 52.236-27 for details. RFI Due Date: November 7, 2016 2:00 PM EST. Proposal Due Date: November 21, 2016 2:00 PM EST.
