Description

Limited Sources Justification for Consulting and Training. This acquisition was conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program, 41 U.S.C. 152(3), Competitive Procedures, and 40 U.S.C. 501, Services for Executive Agencies, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6, ‘Limited sources justification and approval'. The award was made as a 3 month logical follow-on pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) utilizing the contractor's Federal Supply Schedule contract GS-35F-360CA. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is in the process of recompleting these requirements using the OASIS for Small Business strategic sourcing vehicle. The contractor is to provide consulting and training services on various Leadership and Development issues as it relates to Human Resources. Consultants shall support HCT Program Managers in the areas of Performance Management, Mentoring, Peer-to-Peer Networks, Coaching, Career Development, and Leadership Development. Training shall be in the form of Leadership Webinars, Quarterly Book Club on leadership topics, and completion of user training for the Performance and Learning Management System (PALMS). The contractor is responsible for creating and delivering training.
