This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued using Commercial Item/Services Acquisition Procedures. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is GS-11-P-17-MK-D-0001 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005—89-1 (Effective August 15, 2016).
