The objectives of the resulting Contracts are to obtain qualified Contractors to provide support for enterprise level Human Resource (HR) Services for Department of Defense (DoD) programs and systems. There is no developmental work (see FAR 35.001) or Information Technology (IT) work requirements other than those that are incidental to completing the general requirements outlined within the Performance Work Statement PWS, located at Section J of the Solicitation, and further defined in individual Task Orders (TOs). The period of performance consists of a Base Period of five years, and five, 12 month Option Periods. The individual TO place of performance may include Government or Contractor facilities; Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations. This Solicitation contains a total of 53 attachments. One of these attachments is the "Standard Form 33 (Rev. 9-97)" (attached as "PLS Solicitation"). The remaining 52 documents are Attachments (0001 - 0044) and Exhibits (A - D) to the "Standard Form 33 (Rev. 9-97)"; as listed under Section J of the "Standard Form 33 (Rev. 9-97)" (page 90). All questions regarding Solicitation W15QKN-16-R-0002 shall be submitted in writing, utilizing "Standard Form 33 (Rev. 9-97)" "Attachment 0040 - Solicitation Questions Format", to the Contract Specialist at joseph.m.haslach.civ@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer at cynthia.j.geiss.civ@mail.mil NO LATER THAN 12:00pm (Local Time for Joint Base MDL, New Jersey) on 09 November 2016. Please specify "Solicitation W15QKN-16-R-0002" in the subject line of all correspondence. Any questions received after this time, or questions received in a format other than specified in "Standard Form 33 (Rev. 9-97)" "Attachment 0040 - Solicitation Questions Format", will not be addressed. Proposals are due NO LATER THAN 1:00pm (Local Time for Joint Base MDL, New Jersey) on 20 December 2016. Any proposal, modification, or revision, that is received at the designated Government office after this exact time is "late" and will be addressed in accordance with FAR 15.208(b)(1) and (2).
