- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Kansas City: Manhattan Delineated Area: * North - Highway 24/Kimball Ave * South - Highway 18/Skagg Hill Road * East - Highway 24/Fort Riley Boulevard * West - Scenic Drive Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,350 ANSI/BOMA square feet Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,624 ANSI/BOMA square feet Space Type: Office/Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 5 spaces total, surface or structure, reserved for the exclusive use of the government Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: An additional 1,500 square feet of ware yard space located contiguous to office/warehouse is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
