Massey Blvd./Campbell Ave. to Highway U.S. 60/James River Freeway/Highway 380 to Interstate 44 * North - Interstate 44 to Highway 65 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,942 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,936 Space Type: Office/Warehouse (non-industrial) Parking Spaces (Total): 18 surface or structured parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 7 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
