- Delineated area General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: CBD of Spokane, WA and extending into areas of Spokane and Spokane Valley Delineated Area: See attached Map. Latah Creek as the western boundary east along the BNSF Railway to Maple Street. North on Maple continuing north on Country Homes Blvd; north on Country Homes Blvd to Wall St; north on Wall St continuing on North Waikiki Road to West Hawthorn Rd as the northern-most boundary. East on Hawthorn Rd to Nevada St; south on Nevada St to Francis Ave; east on Francis Ave to Market St; south on Market St to Greene St; south on N Greene St to Mission Ave. East along Mission Ave continuing east on to Trent Ave. East along Trent Ave to North Barker Rd as the eastern-most boundary. South on North Barker Rd to Broadway Ave; west on Broadway Ave to Sullivan Rd; south on Sullivan Rd to Sprague Ave; west on Sprague Ave to I-90; west along I-90 as the southern-most boundary to return back to Latah Creek.
